That ground turkey that's sitting in your fridge

So many things to make with ground turkey...lettuce wraps or pasta sauce for example, but since I've been eating super clean lately and wanting to keep it up, I decided to experiment a little and make a simple clean dish..it was super easy by the way. Heat 1teaspoon of olive oil and minced garlic, next add the ground turkey and mash. Add frozen broccoli and some diced squash, add pepper, garlic powder and Italian seasonings after the turkey has browned a little. Add 1teaspoon of red wine vinegar and 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce..done! For the sides I used Trader Joe's brown rice and some boiled sweet potato.

MAC LipGlass fun

Every time i wander around the mall I always stop by the MAC booth at my local Macy's and play with all their fun lip gloss colors. Did i mention i buy a new color every time..I'm not obsessed or anything, but I wanted to share my favorite colors that i own with you. My new favorite is "patience please" which is a fun warm nude that adds that "pop" of color to any face. For a night out, I suggest going for a smokey eye look. The pic of the model is just an example I don't know if she is wearing "patience please" Hott Hott Hott.

Guiltless cake

I don't know about you, but if you're a sweet tooth like I am, but careful with what you eat, you'll appreciate this post. So the other day I was feeling pretty kitchen crafty and whooped up some protein cake. Came out pretty good if I do day so myself the best part is you can enjoy as a meal replacement...sign me up
Here's what you'll need:
Oven at 375F
1cup oats
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 & 1/2 scoop of vanilla whey protein powder
3 tablespoons of egg whites
1teaspoon of cinnamon
1 tablespoon of peanut or almond butter
1pack of stevia sweetener
Thin sliced banana Small handful of shredded coconut Mix all ingredients in bowl
Pour into a greased small baking dish & bake for 15-20min
For topping i used maranatha caramel almond butter AFTER oven baking
ENJOY!
P.S I made TWO layers of cake!*
