Guiltless cake

I don't know about you, but if you're a sweet tooth like I am, but careful with what you eat, you'll appreciate this post. So the other day I was feeling pretty kitchen crafty and whooped up some protein cake. Came out pretty good if I do day so myself the best part is you can enjoy as a meal replacement...sign me up
Here's what you'll need:
Oven at 375F
1cup oats
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 & 1/2 scoop of vanilla whey protein powder
3 tablespoons of egg whites
1teaspoon of cinnamon
1 tablespoon of peanut or almond butter
1pack of stevia sweetener
Thin sliced banana Small handful of shredded coconut Mix all ingredients in bowl
Pour into a greased small baking dish & bake for 15-20min
For topping i used maranatha caramel almond butter AFTER oven baking
ENJOY!
