So many things to make with ground turkey...lettuce wraps or pasta sauce for example, but since I've been eating super clean lately and wanting to keep it up, I decided to experiment a little and make a simple clean dish..it was super easy by the way. Heat 1teaspoon of olive oil and minced garlic, next add the ground turkey and mash. Add frozen broccoli and some diced squash, add pepper, garlic powder and Italian seasonings after the turkey has browned a little. Add 1teaspoon of red wine vinegar and 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce..done! For the sides I used Trader Joe's brown rice and some boiled sweet potato.
